First establish whether money is involved
If a real-money round might still be active, stop repeated tapping and note the time, game and any round identifier. A frozen picture does not establish whether the server recorded a stake or completed a result. Check the available history or contact official support before assuming either.
If you are only opening a demo, the problem is simpler: a failed load is an unsuccessful viewing attempt. It does not require a deposit, a new account or an unfamiliar app to continue the investigation.
Read the actual symptom
Check the address and any error message. In Chrome, ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED points to a missing internet connection; a timeout means the connection took too long. A completely blank embedded area can have several causes and should not be diagnosed from its appearance alone.
Test whether another ordinary page loads. If many pages fail, investigate the connection. If only this game fails, keep the problem specific to that destination. Record the error text rather than replacing it with a guess about the game being removed or your account being blocked.
Make one ordinary change at a time
Once any active round has been accounted for, verify the URL and try reloading. Check your connection, then update or restart the browser if needed. Close unnecessary tabs if the device is struggling. Google's help separates these routine steps from more involved settings changes.
Do not clear all browser data as the first reflex: doing so can remove site settings and sessions. Avoid bypassing certificate or explicit access warnings. If a demonstration has a country restriction, a loading workaround is not a permission to evade it.
Send a useful report, not account secrets
If the issue persists, provide the page URL, device and browser, time, visible error and whether other pages work. Include a round reference only when relevant, using the site's official support channel.
A screenshot can help show a clipped control or error, but remove passwords, access codes and unrelated personal information. State what you tried and what changed. A report that distinguishes page loading from round settlement is easier to investigate than the single sentence the game does not work.
