Responsible play

Keep entertainment separate from income, and know when to stop.

A game is not an income plan

Real-money gambling can result in losing the full amount you stake. A large multiplier, an exciting clip or a high published RTP does not promise a profitable session. Do not borrow to play, use money needed for essentials or increase a stake to recover a previous loss.

Use limits before a session

  • Choose a time limit and an amount you can afford to lose. Stop when either limit is reached.
  • Use the operator’s deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off or self-exclusion tools when available. Read what each tool covers.
  • Do not treat repeated losses as evidence that a win is due. Do not pay for a predictor promising guaranteed results.

When to take a break

Hiding your play, chasing losses, spending more time than intended or feeling unable to stop are reasons to pause and seek support. Leaving a game is a valid choice. You do not need to complete another round to justify stopping.

Find support for your location

Use an official regulator, a national health service or a recognised gambling-support organisation for the country where you live. The Gambling Commission’s safer-gambling guide is a starting point for information in Great Britain; it is not a worldwide operator licence or a substitute for local support.
